Vainly.me provides an AI-generated compliment based on a photo you upload. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Your Uploads

• Only upload photos of yourself, or photos for which you have the right to submit.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
• Do not upload illegal, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.

By uploading a photo you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your compliment.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Vainly.me to:

• Circumvent rate limits or degrade availability for others.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying AI models.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Intellectual Property

The Vainly.me website, logo, and design are owned by us. AI-generated compliments are produced by third-party models and are provided for your personal use without warranty.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Vainly.me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compliments will be accurate or appropriate in every case.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Vainly.me, including any reliance on AI-generated content.
